Established QC Methods
We have a variety of QC methods that allows for a comprehensive evaluation of new or old surveys.
Standard methods include:
- Multiple trace profile display, including 4th difference, Naudy filter and horizontal derivative.
- Colour coding and display of line data according to survey specifications.
- Colour coding and display of flight line deviation.
- Fast checking of fiducial and Null data integrity.
- Comprehensive statistics and histogram reporting.
- Crossover error analysis and misclosure statistics.

QC of Full Tensor Data
Special geophysical QC methods
We can call upon the following specialised methods:
- Display of Full Tensor gradiometer gravity data as Mohr diagrams
- Rigorous gridding, levelling and interpolation of Full tensor data
- 4th differences of products of gradient components
- Display of 256-channel radiometric spectra
- Detection of radiometrics 256 channel drift along flight lines
- Detection of excessive noise in marine gravity acquisition due to an L&R(Lacoste and Romberg) meter
going out of adjustment
- Back analysis of geo referencing of data to correct for systematic positioning errors in levelling
